CD: Shaman 2

The international best seller has been expanded into a trilogy, with part 3 coming out later this year. The primal sound of Shamanic drumming, recorded especially for trance-work or Visionquest. This second album in the series comprises three more drumming tracks, each around 15 minutes long, followed by a fourth shorter track for Callback. Instruments include authentic Frame-drums, rattles, Native American Flutes and atmospheric effects. The CD was recorded with great care and attention to detail capturing the energy and clarity of a physical performance using authentic percussion.The inside booklet gives some insight and history on Shamanic drumming.
